I have created this pattern because my husband doesn’t like the traditional welding caps with the band or elastic across the forehead.

This design reduces the headaches created from tight caps. It is comfortable to wear under the hard hat or welding hood even on those long 12 hour shifts.

This BRAND NEW 4.0 pattern is a wonderfully easy 4 panel system that I’ve created to easily sew “standard” size caps. It sees up in under an hour and a great way to earn extra money selling around the job sites. The perfect fit every time with never any “cone head :)”

As with all of my patterns I will give you lots of tips for adjusting the pattern for a perfect fit for your welder too!!! All pieces have been hand drafted by myself. Step by Step instructions with beautiful full color photographs to help you every stitch of the way!
