Welding Cap Sewing Pattern * 6 Panel w/ BAND *PDF Download

Holy Cow am I excited about this pattern!! It has been 2 year journey in the making. You all know I use my husband as my tester. He's a pipefitter/plumber for the United Association and works LONG long hours..... and the pickiest cap wearer you have ever met. If you have followed me for long you know I created my bandless caps because he hated bands……UNTIL NOW!! This cap is not only comfortable but he is still wearing some even after his testing days were done!

This design reduces the headaches created from tight caps. It is comfortable to wear under the hard hat or welding hood even on those long 12 hour shifts. I compare my patterns with relaxed fit jeans and others are skinny fit.... nobody wants to wear that tight pressure cap on their head all day.

As with all of my patterns I will give you lots of tips for adjusting the pattern for a perfect fit for your welder too!!! All pieces have been hand drafted by myself.

NOTE: This pattern is NOT for beginners. It is not hard under any circumstances but you need to be incredibly accurate. My measurements are designed to fit perfectly using the measurements I give you. Math is Math - the variable is how accurate you sew your seam. :) ❤️
