WELDING CAP Hat 6 Panel w/ No Band Sewing Pattern - PDF Download

I have created this pattern because my husband doesn’t like the traditional welding caps with the band or elastic across the forehead. No head indentations!

This design reduces the headaches created from tight caps. It is comfortable to wear under the hard hat or welding hood even on those long 12 hour shifts.

As with all of my patterns I will give you lots of tips for adjusting the pattern for a perfect fit for your welder too!!! All pieces have been hand drafted by myself.

NOTE: This pattern is NOT for beginners. It is not hard under any circumstances but you need to be incredibly accurate. My measurements are designed to fit perfectly using the measurements I give you. Math is Math. the variable is how well and accurately you sew the seams. 🥰❤️ Remember welding caps are indeed garments, all heads are shaped differently and hair (or lack there of) makes a difference. I always suggest making samples out of cheap felt.
